Arrival and Departure Policy.
Check in - 12:00 PM. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check out - 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
As per Government rules, guests are required to present proof of identity at the time of check in. This requires an original, government issued photo identification. Passport for foreign nationals and Driving License, Aadhar Card or passport for Indian nationals are accepted as identity proofs.
 
Guarantee Policy.
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card /DebitCard/Travel Agency or any other mode of payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy.
No refunds would be made against any cancellation(s) occur due to any circumstances.
Payment policy.
All blackouts/bulk bookings need to be made with advance payment by 25% of the total sum & rest of the payment would required prior to check-in.
Offer / Discount Policy
Only one offer can be availed (if available) at a time. No other offer can be clubbed.
Child Policy.
Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
 
If a child is above 12 years of age, extra bedding would cost 500/- per child.
